With the Browser on your PC or laptop the current switching

status a EIB facility can be determined via LAN/ISDN of almost any place.

As soon as a PC connected itself with eibPort, by the eibPort server all current switching status of the EIB facility is conveyed to it in a fraction of seconds , i.e. the Browsersoftware plots immediately the current facility condition.

Messages (e.g. disturbances, break-down...) are sent as SMS on your mobile phone. With an attached Webcam eibPort  transfers pictures via ISDN to distant computers.

Is the coffee machine switched off?

Did I switch the alarm installation sharply?

Questions on the way into the vacation or to the office. With a WAP-mobile phone or by the PC in the office these tormenting questions can be answered, without having to return. Mobile phone and PC indicate the conditions to you and let you purposefully react, by switching to the EIB via ISDN and changing the conditions.

The weekend house:

It is cold in the house and you arrive late in the evening.

It was broken in and noone noticed it.

In your absence the shutters should be driven and from time to time a

light be switched on.
