Adsl router
The router DRMR with integrated modem is an active component for the binding of a local network to the ADSL access service.
The integration of the modem permits thereby an extremely compact structure of a network installation.
Using the router several data devices can receive access to the internet at the same time, without disturbing or blocking each other. As many as desired different users can parallelly become active thereby.
The DRMR is intended as row installed equipment (REG) for the assembly in the electrical distribution on the DIN rail of a junction box (e.g. KVK) and is suitable thus optimally for the implementation of small and middle network installations within the private sector (SOHO) and in the small commercial environments.
The DRMR serves as link of the local network (LAN) towards the ADSL internet access (WAN). It is attached directly behind the ADSL splitter. The router can be updated by software download at any time.
After setup of the system dependent network and internet access data the device is ready for use. The setup takes place simply by means of standard browser without additional software installation. For the LAN- and WAN side two LEDs indicate the respective status.
The device is fed from the 230-V AC voltage system.
